We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or applicable laws.

We offer the following services:
For Customers (Klickks)
Booking photographers for events
Viewing galleries, reels, and albums
Providing ratings and feedback
For Photographers (Klickks Studio)
Event and project management
Team scheduling and assignment
Client communication, payments, and gallery sharing
Portfolio hosting and order tracking
5. Payments & Fees
Klickks charges a platform commission fee for each successful transaction. This may vary by region, package, and service type.
Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
Users agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
6. Refund and Cancellation
Refund policies for customers vary depending on the photographer/studio's cancellation rules, which are disclosed at the time of booking.
Klickks is not responsible for refunds unless explicitly stated.
Order cancellations must be made via the platform and within the designated time.
7. Content Ownership and Licensing
You own the photos/videos/content you upload.
By uploading or sharing media, you grant Klickks a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use the content for service delivery.
You must not upload any illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
8. Data Privacy & Security
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We ensure your data is:
Collected only for lawful purposes
Stored securely on Indian-compliant cloud infrastructure
Not sold or misused
9. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
Reverse engineer, tamper, or attempt unauthorized access
Spam, scam, or harass other users
Post content violating third-party copyrights
10. Third-Party Services
Some parts of the service (e.g., payment gateway, image hosting) may be powered by third-party tools. We are not liable for their policies or failures. Use of third-party tools is governed by their own terms.
11. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable your account if:
You breach these terms
You misuse the platform
You violate any applicable laws
Termination will result in loss of access to your account and data, unless specifically requested for retention under law.
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration per theArbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by Indian law:
Klickks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the 3 months preceding the dispute
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klickks, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your:
Misuse of the Platform
Violation of the Terms
Violation of rights of a third party
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be communicated via email or app notification and updated on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
