Last Updated: 21 October 2026

Platform Operator: SAKIRU FOCUS & FRAMES PRIVATE LIMITED

Brand: Klickks

Deletion Request Email: privacy@klickks.com

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their Klickks accounts and personal information, what information may be deleted, and what information may need to be retained for legitimate or legally required purposes.

Klickks is a photographer discovery and connection platform. Under the discovery-only model, it does not manage customers' independent photography orders, payments, editing, printing or private conversations conducted outside the platform.

2. Who Can Request Deletion?

The following users may request deletion of their Klickks accounts and associated personal information:

A user may submit a request directly or through an authorised representative where permitted by law.

3. How to Request Deletion

Users can request deletion through the available account settings or by contacting Klickks.

Email: privacy@klickks.com

Subject: Klickks Account and Data Deletion Request

Please include:

Do not send passwords, payment PINs or unnecessary identity documents.

Klickks may request proportionate information to verify that the request comes from the account holder or an authorised representative. Verification information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

4. What Happens After a Request?

After receiving a valid request, Klickks will:

Requests will be completed within the timelines required by applicable law. If a request cannot be completed in full, Klickks will explain the relevant reason where legally required.

5. Information That May Be Deleted

Subject to technical limitations and legal retention requirements, deletion may include:

The exact scope of deletion depends on the information Klickks holds, the systems in which it is stored and the applicable legal requirements.

6. Information That May Need to Be Retained

Klickks may retain limited information where necessary or legally required, including:

Retained information will be restricted to the relevant purpose and handled in accordance with applicable law. Klickks will not retain personal information indefinitely merely because it was once collected.

7. Deletion From Backups and Technical Systems

Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted or access-restricted backups, disaster-recovery systems, logs or other technical repositories after it has been removed from active systems.

Where immediate deletion from these systems is not technically feasible, Klickks will apply appropriate safeguards and delete or overwrite the information according to its documented retention and backup processes, subject to legal requirements.

Klickks will not represent that all copies have been permanently erased immediately unless that outcome has actually been achieved and verified.

8. Public Profiles and Portfolio Content

When a photographer's account is deleted, Klickks will remove or disable the profile and associated portfolio content hosted by Klickks, subject to any applicable legal retention requirement.

Removing content from Klickks does not automatically remove copies previously downloaded, screenshotted, forwarded, indexed or otherwise stored by other users or third-party services.

Where technically feasible and appropriate, Klickks may take reasonable steps to address copies within systems under its control. It cannot guarantee deletion of independent copies held outside its control.

Photographers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for portfolio material they publish.

9. Customer–Photographer Transactions and Records

Klickks does not maintain or control independent orders, payment records, quotations, invoices or conversations exchanged directly between customers and photographers under its discovery-only model.

If customers or photographers have exchanged information directly, each party must independently manage that information and any deletion request relating to records in their possession, subject to their legal obligations.

Deleting a Klickks account does not cancel a photography contract, settle a payment dispute, trigger a refund or automatically delete records held by a photographer, customer, bank, payment provider or another third party.

If a user has submitted transaction-related information directly to Klickks, that information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Deletion Does Not Automatically Mean Withdrawal of Every Record

Some information may be required to meet legal obligations or resolve an existing complaint or claim. In such cases, Klickks may retain the minimum necessary information for the relevant lawful purpose and restrict its further use.

Where consent is the basis for processing, users may separately withdraw that consent, subject to applicable law. Withdrawal and deletion are related but are not always identical processes.

11. Uninstalling the App

Uninstalling the Klickks mobile application does not necessarily delete the user's account or information stored on Klickks' servers.

Users who want account and data deletion must use the available in-app deletion function, if provided, or submit a deletion request through the designated contact method.

12. Re-registration

Following deletion, users may need to create a new account to use Klickks again. Previously published profiles, portfolios, preferences or account information may not be recoverable.

Klickks may retain limited records where legally necessary to prevent fraud, enforce legal obligations or address security concerns.

13. Requests Concerning Another Person's Information

If you believe that a Klickks profile contains your personal information or content that has been published without authorisation, contact privacy@klickks.com.

Provide the relevant profile or content details and explain your concern. Klickks will review the request and take steps required or reasonably appropriate under applicable law.

Klickks may request additional information to assess the claim and will not disclose another person's private account information without an appropriate lawful basis.
