As per applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to request deletion of your data stored with us. This policy outlines how users can request deletion of their data, what data is deleted, and what data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete the following data:

You can request deletion in one of the following ways:
Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Account
Confirm your mobile/email verification
Submit the request and reason (optional)
Send an email to: privacy@klickks.com
Subject: Request for Data Deletion – [Your Registered Phone/Email]
Body: Include your registered name, contact number, and reason (optional)

Due to legal, regulatory, or operational requirements, we may retain the following for a limited period:
